I can’t think of a real answer because most of the time I get spoiled before I see it, thus taking away the shock. I’m sure some of the Grey’s Anatomy ones would have qualified, but I’m going with The OC because it spawned the Dear Sister Digital Short which I feel like posting about instead. This feels like cheating.
